    • What is your Money Back Policy?
      Our 30-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the date of delivery. Yes, it's that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.

      This is, however, applicable for orders within India only. For International orders, please see the 
      International Shipping section.
    • Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?
      No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.
    • Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?
      We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money back policy.

      This is, however, applicable for orders within India only. For International orders, please see the 
      International Shipping section.
    • How do I return the product to Gold Regalia within 30days?
      1. Contact our customer delight team at +91-9820119265.
      2. As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a Gold Regalia tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.
      3. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Gold Regalia. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
      4. Once your package is ready, just contact our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
      5. In some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of Gold Regalia jewellery.
        You will not be charged anything for this return shipping. In case, there are any expenses incurred by you, please send us a scanned copy of the receipt and we will be happy to reimburse these to your Gold Regalia account.

        Once your returned item is received by Gold Regalia, your refund or new item will be processed.

    • What is your Exchange Policy?
      We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all purchases made from Gold Regalia, within India. If the product, along with diamonds and gemstones, if any, is intact, you may return it for the current value of all the materials with a minor deduction towards melting and recovery costs. 

      This means your product's current value of gold, diamonds and colored stones will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website. If you had received a discount or a free gift while making your purchase, we will be deducting the original discount amount or free gift value, whichever applicable. Alternatively, you can choose to return the free gift as well.

      A 10% of this amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000 or $14.7, will be deducted towards melting and recovery costs. This will be done on a per product basis, in case you are returning multiple products.

      You will be given a voucher for this value which remains valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase anything, except gold coins from Gold Regalia. Please note that this voucher cannot be en-cashed.

      Currently we offer the Lifetime Exchange Policy on orders within India only.

  • What if I don't know the ring size?
    We have a complimentary plastic ring sizer that we'd be happy to send across to you. We'd love to help you get your ring size it right the first time!

    This service is applicable on orders within India only. Incase of international orders, please contact our Customer Delight team at +91-9820119265 for assistance.
  • Do you carry a specific style/gem?
    You can use the drop down menus in our top navigation bar to browse by piece type or by gem. We also have very powerful text search. Just type what you are looking for in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You can find colors, styles, and price ranges this way also.
  • Does Gold Regalia sell Conflict Free diamonds?
    Be rest assured, Gold Regalia.com uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide recognized Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).To know more about Conflict free diamonds.
  • What will my packing be like?
    Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive Gold Regalia gift boxes.
  • Is my jewellery authentic and certified?
    All diamond and gemstone jewellery bought from GoldRegalia.com is certified by  IGI, GIA or EGL and all gold jewellery bought from GoldRegalia.com is BIS hallmarked, some of the most respected and trusted diamond grading bodies in the world
  • I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?
    Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500 or $7.35 . It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

    For delivery outside India, we will be charging an additional 20 USD as shipping charges.
  • Can I re-size my Ring?
    Incase your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 30 days of shipping date.

  • Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?
    Absolutely! Our products are offered with no overheads like rent and inventory costs, so we happily pass on the benefit to our customers.

  • How do I make a payment for a Gold Regalia purchase?
    Gold Regalia offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking and cash on delivery. For international orders, we accept payments through PayPal.

    All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Gold Regalia and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

  • Are prices on Gold Regalia.com subject to change?
    Prices on Gold Regalia.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Gold Regalia merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase
  • How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
    We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
    All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Gold Regalia and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information
  • How long will it take to get refunds, if any?
    The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer delight team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.

 

After Purchase Questions

 

  • Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?
    All sales prices are final and Gold Regalia does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
  • What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?
    We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.
  • What if there is a problem with my purchase?
    If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days, we have a 30-day No questions asked Money Back Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.
  • Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?
    Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 day money back and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

 

 

 

  • What is the money back policy on international orders?
    In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchanges on the product(s).
  • Are there any restrictions on international shipping?
    There are no restrictions.
  • Are there any additional charges on international shipping?
    The shipping charges may vary from product to product, depending upon the respective country. 
  • What standard do you use for the ring sizes and bangle sizes mentioned on your site?
